Sa Japan, pag may nakitang small discrepances sa mga public officials, resign na agad sila. In pinas kahit mali, tulad ng incomplete SALN ni Sereno, pilit pa rin niyang inilulusot iyong way niya. Only in pinas. Kaunti lang ang abogado sa japan, dahil hindi sila naglulukuhan. May pride ang mga tao doon. That was my observation during our three years military move.

​@@multimanjazzman8203 are you better than the SC? They have more sense in favoring the appointment of Corona. If no SC justice was promoted as the CJ, then there will be no CJ. It is quite obvious that the ban for midnight appointee is applicable only to the officials under the executive department. besides, the Senate is not the trier of that issue. That is not an impeachable offense.

Wrong! Justice Velasco was the most senior member of the court at that time yet he voted against the grant of the quo warranto plus Justice Bernabe and Justice Carpio again were one of the most senior members but they voted against the quo warranto so I suggest that before you make a statement verify its truthfulness first.
