Oh man, I LOVED Pupkin. Lol 😅😂 The campy horror is what I love about Hendrix, and I laughed out loud more than once reading How To Sell A Haunted House! It was a five star for me, but I can totally see how it’s not for everyone. I don’t think I can handle gross/body horror, so I haven’t picked any of those up. Farts and butts. Lol 😆 I’m dying. Love your energy. Thanks for this list!

Loved your rants and agree with Iron Flame. I loved Fourth Wing (flaws and all)...and I was so so excited for Iron Flame and was so disappointed. I keep seeing everyone posting about their shock at the end I get FOMO. I called one of the main twists like way before, so there wasn't that shock factor for me. Such a let down 😢

About the constant talk about farts and butts… that is literally what life with a young boy is like. 😂 And poop. No, ESPECIALLY poop. I kept a list of all the times my son mentioned poop one day and I kid you not, it was something like 30. If you live with a young boy, you will hear about farts, butts, and poop endlessly, for years on end. (I should add that it isn’t boy-exclusive; my daughter is absolutely guilty of it as well.)

I tried reading the 2nd Finlay Donovan book after finishing the 1st earlier this year & DNFed. I just couldn’t 😅 Big ouch about Iron Flame being so bad you’re taking Fourth Wing off of your favorites 😢 I just started Iron Flame & I’m so scared, especially since I’m enjoying it so far 😅😖 Oh, and I DNFed We Need to Do Something because that dad was just too much 😠

Yes omg, i hated we need to do something. I don't understand why it. Also I feel the same way about gross horror which is actually why I don't think grady hendrix is for me. Southern book club was just... gross Ok also iron flame!!! This needed so much editing. My friends are making these comments about how it should have been two books but like, it was too long already?
