97/3 is great for tacos, meatballs/loaf, shepherd's pie... but it'd be a dry dry burger. Homemade burgers here for the grill are probably 85/15 but we buy a roast and have it ground... NY strip Edit: also wood fire cause I aint paying 3 dollars a burger and then not grill it... that's like buying prime rib to make corned beef.

If you deconstructed the sushi and used a thin burger with proper bun and minimal cheese and bacon, I believe it’s possible to make this not a disgrace to humans a ability to create food. It’s like he doesn’t think before he makes food, he just puts things he likes separately together, and then hopes it’s good. Chocolate bars are good, mayonnaise is good. Together is an abomination. He also doesn’t seem to realize that if you’ve made something bad, you don’t have to eat it. The grease soaking into the bottom bun, and burnt food, just put it outside for animals or throw it out, learn from it, and makes something better.

EH, that's debatable if you compare their worst creations side by side. It's either greasy margarine, sugar, burnt meat slop or salmonella ridden chicken. Both disgusting, but Jack's salmonella specials are more likely to make you sick, even though Cobes' culinary choices are highly questionable, it just ends to being intense spicy slop, there is no uncooked meat or eggs.
