Yeah adrenaline hides a lot. I've been in a few accidents, one in which my knee was cut open in a head on collision at least 50+ mph, but after the crash I saw smoke so I thought fire and was focused on getting out. Door was crushed, so I crawled out the moon roof, and when I was about to jump down to the ground some bystanders told me not to jump because my knee was cut open and bleeding heavily. I had no idea! Genuinely did not notice anything or any pain. They helped me down. The next day i was hurting EVERYWHERE lol. Including where the seatbelt holds you and my neck. Sudden hard impacts are going to cause injury no matter what
