Thats because they keep putting off a recession and pumping the money supply. That stuff goes straight into people with assets, ie the rich. The elites trick the masses into believing recessions are the worst alternative by convincing them that their 20 silver coins are at risk, when the elites are a dragon hoarding over the 20 trillion gold coin lair.

If rents are falling, it means demand is falling. Is demand actually falling, or is the ratio of demand falling b/c supply is increasing faster than demand growth? I looked at some of the local complexes (the luxury ones). In 2021 they had 0 vacancies. Now they have a lot. Where did the renters go? We know most if not mostly all of them didn't buy a home. So where did they go?

Household numbers have been essentially stagnant. In 2021 there were more than 2 million new households created but in 2022 only about 230,000, or just 11.5% of the previous year. This suggests that many people who created 2M new households in 2021, or those who already had households before 2021, likely had to return to a larger family home or combine with another household.

Expats. People moving in with family. People sharing rentals. People renting rooms from house owners. And a few fallen who took to the streets and drugs and overdoses. Wait till a crisis hits. You’ll see a lot more camper vans. Jumpers from condos and houses with 7 cars. We ain’t seen anything yet

1972 - when I got back from Vietnam - we were borrowing money at 8.5% over 25 years with a 15 year Ballon Mortgage meaning we had to refinance in the 15th year - also we borrowed over $1 million dollars at 9 1/4% for 40 years with no repayment option - our AAA tenant was ITW

I am trying to be 100% debt-free by the end of 2024 (house,Model Y paid off ,all credit cards at $0 balances) And I just plan to save and stockpile into 5 year CDs @5%. The average person is going to continue to struggle extremely hard over the next 2 to 3 years

Food insecurity sucks, but I found that buying my meals through one of the prepared meals services is actually pretty affordable, like $12-15/meal. We also found that during the Great Depression in the US that lifespan increased due to calorie restriction. So it's not the end of the world as long as people aren't actually starving to death. Given how fat the average American is, perhaps this is a good thing.

I remember when he mentioned wage price spiral. But if employment slows than its harder for workers to demand higher wages. And those workers prioritise job security instead. It seems the tide is changing in the other direction. 😅

Q3-Q4 Is my take , but we never know ,I read this :'Although recessions occurred in only four of 17 presidential election years since 1948, history was not as kind to the incoming administrations; there were recessions in nine of the 17 years following elections.

credit delinquencies..because more ppl relied on credit during the pandemic and to get the economy going again along with higher prices, higher interest rates, if you have low wages as been said by certain congress members your money isnt going as far and you pay necessitys first, rent food before youll pay credit cards.

We just went through a massive boom. Pull back is 100% expected. Seems you're sponsored to induce fear while markets rally as consumer retracts to 2019 times. Markets have priced in worse case so as we get data that supports (ie jobless claims); this is a soft landing I expect a decent rally. This 'report' has no actual data that says it is a 1% pullback or 50% pullback. Do better...
