Their mice are overpriced, still have bad QC, and are never in stock despite their claims that the UltralightX would be in constant production, forcing you to have to buy one from scalpers at inflated prices. Bringing up other companies like WLMouse, Razer, Lamzu, Scyrox, Hitscan, and the Arbiter Akitsu, all competitors to Finalmouse, would not be favorable either.

had exactly the same problem with my M64 pro, which is why I stopped using it. But I just checked on the Xtrfy HP to see if there are any new updates. And lo and behold, there is new firmware for the mouse, dongle, 2000Hz. Updated everything - then reset the mouse - reset everything - and it works😁 I'm very happy about it because it's currently my favorite form hope this helps with yours🤞

Just received Finalmouse ULX Competition, nothing has changed - side travel, cheap and loud scroll wheel, frame lacks of rigidity and while it's been 10 years already they making these mice, build quality of Attack Shark R3 still unreachable for them.

Hey man...is there any chance you could make a group test on mice with multiple side buttons like the G 502 for example...for games like Trakov and Arena Breakout Infinite etc where is nice to have a more than 2 side buttons on your mouse. The Superlight 2 and Dex using the same meh feet is so bizarre considering their g502x refresh has actually pretty solid stock feet. It seems like Logitech just got too comfy with their position in the market. They had the best wireless tech for a while, their battery life is still the best in gaming mice and the Superlight being used by a geniune majority of the FPS pro scene has made them complacent. I don't think their prices will go down but I've a feeling they will start looking into a bit more innovation once the esports scene starts moving away from their products. Big companies tend to move slower...but they will once they have to in order to compete.

Wild seeing the fall of the Sora V2 - I bought one after seeing the review here but ended up selling it pretty quickly at cost because it just didn't work for me, ended up getting a DAV3 Pro. Something to feel fishy about that dongle from the start, but really didn't expect this. What a shame

ngl, i bought the lamzu maya x and sora v2 recently, and i quite like the sora v2, their implementation of the clicks just feel perfect to me, where as the maya feels a bit too light and often lead to misclicking. the only thing i kinda "don't like" about the sora along with other mice that i have like the x2h mini is that its a bit too short, where the bottom of the palm would touch the mousepad too much. The 8k dongle seemed like something kinda "expected" from all brands nowadays but to be honest i don't even use anything above 2k so i didn't bother spending the money and time for it. its just a shame how they didn't even make the stock dongle come with 4k as a way to promote their super delayed 8k

Regarding the Keris II. Spec wise, shape wise and feel wise it is over the DAV3 Pro but not at the MSRP price but fortunately for me I got it for 90 Euros which is cheaper than a DAV3 Pro and the Keris II still has hotswappable switches but less accessible since you need to take off the skates and you need different switches (they are identical in size and format to the ones used in the viper mini that can be bought for 3 euros on aliexpress). The software isn't as intrusive as said in the past with the option of installing the essentials for changing the settings of the mouse. For the full MSRP it is a hard buy but the mouse itself is far from bad and more of a pricing issue. The hotswappable switches are still there but not advertised as with the other ROG mice.

Imo sora doesn’t deserve to be on here it is unfortunate about the dongle (pretty sure sprime is an offshoot of ninjutso so both of the dongles being the same makes sense) but as for them only focusing on the sora I can’t blame them it’s what sold the most for them by far, then again I never planned to buy the 8k dongle anyway so it wasn’t an issue for me. sora is the biggest letdown ever for me, i really wanted that mouse because it just sounded like perfection for me at the time but i didn’t get it cuz i thought what’s the point of buying a mice capable of 8k without being able to use said 8k… and i waited, and waited, and waited. until i simply was forced to move to different country and was no longer able to order the mice or dongle… and so i bought pulsar x2v2 mini and i’m happy asf cuz it costed me 70$ total with their 4k dong, pulsar grips and tiger ice scates 😑 mean while right now sora and dongle retails for 130$, yeah nah. and now i’m getting scyrox v8 for Christmas. ninjutsu are crazy for charging this much for their product.

agree with the list except for the gpx2 dex and the xtrfy mice. the dex is one of the best ergo shapes to come out in a long time. The build is still completely solid and a lot of people who prefer control over speed will enjoy logitechs mouse skates over others. It was made in collaboration with a lot of cs pros, and i would be willing to bet they all asked for a more controlled feeling on their mice seeing that control is king in tac shooters. This is further backed by the fact the gpx2 and gpx2 dex (both mice made in collab with cs pros) both have the slow/gray ptfe skates, while the g502x and g309 (not made in collab with cs pros) have the much faster white ptfe feet. the xtrfy mice are near the top of the list for me personally in 2024, i think you got unlucky with the scroll wheel tbh. my m64 pro doesnt have the issue you have at all, and i constantly use scroll wheel to jump in cs. the shapes are unique and comfy in a market full of clones, the build is solid, the weight is low, and the tech performs extremely well. But you can only rate these things based off your own copies so i don't blame you. finalmeme lol

I agree with everything about dex and superlight 2. but I don't understand the beef with g309. it is super cheap for how much it offers. it's basically an improvement to g305 in every way. better shape, better switches, lighter weight.

I'd argue its a worse shape. It's safer, lacks the slight comfort groove and side slant of the G305 that offers a ledge to grip, and just ends up being a chubby blob. but maybe this is because I am a fan of egg shapes. But on a more objective view, it really doesnt offer anything. Its more expensive than the G305 and chinese mice, its heavier than most chinese mice and is super expensive to reach that 68g mark when getting a full powerplay set up, and has no extra worthwhile features. and it also has less modding potential compared to the G305.

Boardzy is a strange reviewer. Some reviews seems very factual and honest, some review just seems like hes saying good things for the sake of saying good things just to backtrack and say the opposite things in another video. But he does have some good analysis of in hand feel of shapes, coating and click feel. Also the Sora V2 seems to be notorious for bad QC, but I think this is more on the company and if a reviewer happens to get a good QC copy, theres no point in being mad if their experience is good and yours is bad.

Both mice are good. The Sora 4k slightly bigger, a safer shape and fits a more relaxed claw style, while the sora v2 is less safe and only really fits aggressive claw or small hands. Ninjutso as a company is bad. They are very lackluster in customer support and has frequent QC issues. The new Vaxee collab should fix most of these issues as most of the production is done by Vaxee.

As a fan of the channel and your reviews, I really disagree with the philosophy of this list. Its more of a company hate than a bad mouse list. Just say "logitech didnt innovate with the Logitech GPX 2, and therefore the Dex got the short end of the stick because its made by the wrong company, and Asus also made dumb decisions and is priced too expensive" or "Ninjutso and Sprime shouldnt be trusted because of their lackluster customer support and slow pace on production, along with going radio silence". This list is awfully misleading. And for the Raesha opticals, I quite like them and the fact that just the CLICK FEEL makes it feel less premium when thats a subjective thing is incredibly disappointing from a channel that I usually trust for mouse review. The finalmouse, asus ROG lineup and Xtrfy mice all made some sense as they actually have some real disadvantages like the coating on the Asus, quality of finalmouse and limbo jump of xtrfy to be considered bad mice that isnt just preference.

Works great on most mousepads and on glass its so smooth never scratches (does spinout a bit vut whatever) only viper v2 came close to this level od soft glide on glass lol. "Ignorance is a bliss" is happening with you i think: The Viper V2 feet aren't great. So you're comparing bad (Logitech) with meh (V2). The only way you'll realize what people are talking about is if you literally take off your GPX feet and replace them with aftermarket ones. Only then do you have what most people would qualify as real experience. It doesn't cost much to try. And there's a very good reason why they also make those for the Viper V2. Ps. Smoothness / scratchiness aren't real issues with the feet: Those are issues caused by hardness levels or wear. The GPX feet are too thin and too slow. I've had experience of feet that feel very scratch and especially sound as such, but are incredibly fast.

How to even respond to this? Reviews are subjective opinions. And you're not complaining about his positive reviews being too positive, which means your personal biases are overriding your rationality. Some people like positivity, some negativity. Some, the very smartest, like both things in nice amounts to make things spicy. I watch reviews that give good marks to a product. But i also enjoy watching bad products like the ones in this video get ripped apart. The problem of consumerism overriding brain power: You defend a large company against individual opinions.
