Endgame Gear OP1 regular wired mouse is by a mile the best I've ever used because on top of the great sensor and shape and weight ... Being able to easily change the button switches is such a superb feature it is mind blowing none of the others manufacturers do it. If Endgame makes a mouse like this with a couple extra buttons on it, they will rule the MOBA/MMO space too.

Zowie uses the same design philosophy explanation for all their mice. When the early version of ZA13, FK2 and S2 came out (e.g. ZA13-B, FK2-B, first-gen S2 etc) they never had those marketing "sports science" explanation on their website that we can see right now. They just made up random BS very recently when never made all those claims before. Those mice shapes were designed by ex-CS1.6 pros who were never thinking of "sports science" or muscle tensions or stuff like that at the time, they designed those mice to their liking without some "sports science" knowledge. They only started doing that after the release of the U2 and it became part of their marketing strategy and it worked.

In all due respect, saying "these mice often have the bare minimum amount of effort put into them" while showing the VXE R1 (which I have 2 of + a MAD R) is wild. I'd recommend those VXE mice to anyone that wants a wider mouse with flat sides. Insane quality, not just for that price, I'd argue they absolutely compete with any of the $100+ mice.

i love the scyrox v8, been using it for 2 months now, and everytime I use it, I try to squeeze the sides hard to see if it would creak... still no creaking or squeaking sound at all, pretty impressive for a 36-38g mouse btw how about a best mousepad of the year?

@@moisespena8419 Not tried the V8 but like the R1 shape and have an Mad R. The flat sides and front feel great for me. As do the buttons. Its a more refined R1 Pro shape, which is what I wanted exactly with lighter clicks and improved side buttons + QC with less pre travel. I got the Plus version and its an absolute banger for £40. 40ish gram mouse with 8K dongle and great QC and battery life. I'd probably like the V8 as its quite similar to Coolermasters MM70/11/12 (GOATed shape btw) but could never get a hold of one. If VXE/ATK/FFG/Madlions or whoever wants to clone something... give us that and bigger battery variants lol.

just recently gotten the gravastar mercury k1pro cp and the m1 pro and its by far my most favorite mouse to date its wild looking like it came from an alien planet super light durable and its mad customizable, over all looks fire and preforms mad! HIGHLY recommend🙏🏽 great video by the way!!

Definitely some variance in qc for the scyrox mine is unusable slow rebound on clicks, extremely warped base and the middle click is so stiff feels like a stiff membrane button

mchose g3 has the same shape but is lighter, reachargeable with usb-c and has modern specs. hard to justify buying a g305 nowadays, but if it works for you it is still a usable mouse

The worst thing a mouse can have to me is a rounded right side that slips out of my hand when picking up the mouse. I returned the DeathAdder because it would pop out of my hand when I gripped it. The Viper is far better with straight sides. I think all mice sides should tapper in to make it easy to pick up. My Razor V2 pro looks better than that V3 in my opinion.

Sold my sora v2 and bought the viper v3 pro, just 10g is nothing to me much, 60g to 40g is another story, this isn't. The mouse feels so premium with the white coating, the only downside is that I have to download their stupid malware that does nothing and still eats away 500mb of my ram so I just simply when needed to turn on 2k polling rate, I just turn the malware on the then shut it down.

what was wrong with the the vxe r1 was definitely not good but the r1 pro and pro max are great mice. I have the pro max and I have absolutely no complaints. Also the vxe r1 pro max have the same internals of the ninjutsu sora and shape for a fraction of the price. Id say neck and neck if not better than the scyrox

@@justinhawk835 yes its great, most people actually prefer it to the pro max as it weighs about 48g compared to the pro max's 54 grams. The only differences between these two is the r1 pro max has a larger battery and lighter clicks. Its up to you.

Still waiting for v8 firmware update for their sensor slowdown (stubbyfps) and sensor latency (rtings review). Constant signal loss(skips) + slow downs (normal slow normal) even with long distance mode on and 2mm lod on my v8. On all 1k 2k 4k and 8k polling, Yes 1k included. 2mm lod and msync off, esport m off, long distance off solves most issues. My X1 ultra, Madcatz MadG doesnt do this and they have the same 3950, omoron opticals and same year release 😢
