13:30 To be fair, the only reason that hairstyle worked on Megan is because it is Megan The Stallion that is rocking it. She is fine as hell so she'll make even a goofy hairstyle like that look good. Tbh, that hairstyle only works on women anyway, put that on a dude's head and he will look goofy as hell.
