Not every restaurant serves scallops. That was a stupid statement...just like when Suzanne tried to say that Tenille wasn't a real chef because she couldn't clean shrimp. Some restaurants don't serve seafood and if they do sometimes its already prepeeled and deveined so you don't have to clean them. People that make comments like that have most likely only worked in fine dining restaurant and not a burger or steak or just a diner in general.
