Esme do you know what would be so amazing? A video of long reining micky or even just having him on a lead on that bridle path you mentioned was his fav place to hack! Esme thank you so much for your answer about confidence. I was struggling a lot. I just started riding after a 4 months and I haven’t been able to canter as smoothly as before and I go to horseback riding lessons. It’s really hard when you can see your fellows do so much more than you can. I struggled because there is a group of girls who have been riding for way longer and I can’t achieve the things they do. I just felt embarrassed because they are cantering and stuff when I cant get my horse to trot. I almost quit today after falling off infront of them. Thanks alot.

Was fortunate enough to receive my gold medal from the Duke himself in 1976. He and Queen Elizabeth came to Halifax, Nova Scotia, on their way to Montreal to open the Olympics. What a great program for young people!
