Or go the other way around, the truck tries to isekai someone but an accident happens and the truck is destroyed. The spirit of the truck is reincarnated as generic anime boy and has to learn how to be a human. He learns humility and realizes that vehicular road-slaughter is wrong and joins the isekai prevention group but hides his dark past of previously being an isekai truck so the harem of the prevention group can have a “I feel betrayed” moment when the truth is revealed.

@@pedrohenriquemoraessantos1164 Let me add a plot twist on that: The Demon King finds out what happened and starts “Recruiting” his OWN help, BUT the plot twists are A: These people are *actually* volunteering their services, and B: He runs background checks to hire the most qualified peoples he can find (War Veterans, Hardcore Criminals, Scientists and Engineers, Survivalists, etc…) instead of the usual random NEETS and Wage-Slaves we get as MC’s. So now the Demon King has a coordinated army of MC level characters at his beck and call while the Princess is still trying to herd her horde of all-too-OP cats.

"I'm a speed runner and every day I get Isekaied to another world" It's about a pail pasty shut in who's only talent is speed running video games, he finally leaves his house for the first time in ages and gets killed by the fresh air. He wakes up in another world exactly like one of his favorite video games and he's able to beat the demon lord in less than 24 hours. On his way back to the starting castle he gets ambushed and killed along with one of the members of his party and they both appear in another world he's familiar with. Rinse repeat respawn in a new world with a new companion, eventually the older companions get use to it too and just mentor the new companions while the MC is off doing crazy inexplicable stuff to end the game as quickly as possible.

At first this sucks because casuals that are actually playing the game IRL crash into him for fun and it hurts. He then finds a way to upgrade from crowd NPC to being a CPU opponent on the track. But he accidentally drives unfair cars and cheats, angering the players, and the whole game wants to get rid of him. But he tries to redeem himself and avoid punishment by learning to be a good sport, and having humility and drive fair even if he loses, the opposite of what he was before he died IRL.

Isekai idea: "Summoned to another world but everyone is a coward and the monsters are weak" A hero is summoned to another world where he is told he must defeat the demon king and save the world from his massive demon army. Except he's given no extraordinary powers. Everything about him is barely above average. But that's not a problem because turns out all the monsters are so weak he can kill them as easily as flushing a turd. The only reason why the world is in danger is because everyone is a coward and too afraid to fight the convincingly scary monsters.

The metaphor is something along the lines of... Sometimes you have to be your own truck-kun to make your otherwise boring life into something interesting. Don't wait for magical circumstances, or the truck-kun of life may pass you by.

He actually has three groups out to get him. First is the anti-Isakai squad who want to stop him from stealing their population, then there is the League of Demons who are there to stop the Isakai truck from sending the prophesied heroes to their respective worlds and thwarting their various evil plans, and lastly there's the actual police who keep hearing of these bizarre automotive accidents killing people and want to arrest his driver. The head policewoman tracking down this murder truck is grieving due to her boring nondescript son being killed by said truck and resorts to increasingly desperate means to stop him. The chief of police is both understanding but feels he should take her off the case because of how it's affected her. This culminates in an epic twist where the League of Demons ally themselves with the police, giving her powers to help her catch the Isakai truck until at the last moment a portal opens and her son walks out clad in adventuring gear. He had just defeated the demon lord he was sent to slay and used his wish to return home. Seeing how the journey had improved him, and hearing how evil the demons are, the policewoman, her son, and the anti-Isakai Squad help the truck and banish the Demons from Earth. It ends with them contacting the Isakai gods and changing things so that instead of the truck killing people, it instead just picks people up and drives them to their adventuring world instead. Cue the sequel where a guy gets turned into a van with the words "Free Candy" scrawled on the side and his job is to kidnap boring generic Isakai protagonists and dump them off on other worlds.

Here's an idea that I had awhile ago (and like to write about occasionally) that I feel is quite fitting. Isekai highschool card mecha sports anime. Mc plays a card game about building up a mechas using different abilities and upgrades. One day, the wind pulls one of his cards away from him and into the street. He chases it before being struck by truck kun. He wakes up summoned as a new mutiversal transfer student at Card Academy, the premier card magic highschool in the country. The people of the world use magic determined by your "soul deck," the special set of cards that you can summon to accomplish magical effects. Mc's deck is the one he had back on earth for his card game, and it was strong. He joins the Arcardam team, as magic card duels are the prevailing sport in the world. I call it, Reincarnated in a World Where Card Games Rule

Okay new concept MC gets isekaied multiple times in the series. Each in a different world but the characters in each world are the same people technically. I suspect the era of new meme isekais getting anime adaptations is probably at an end. Apparently* anime studios are all already saturated with projects for the next 5 years or so. The stuff getting made right now was scheduled years ago. So honestly I doubt any studio is going to accept new meme isekai projects today that wouldnt get made for like 5 years. *(source is an interview with someone from CDPR who worked on getting Cyberpunk Edgeruners made)

The old people in the anime community are predicting a swing back to sci-fi. Apparently all fiction swings back and forth between sci-fi and fantasy it's just that different regions might be on different rotations. The US has been very sci-fi for the last 20 years and it's starting to swing back with stuff like game of thrones. Japan had been very fantasy focused for the last 20 years and might start going back soon.
