I’m not Luna. But my advice would be, it takes time man. Don’t try to get another gf or a friend with benefits, just focus on yourself. Get some counseling, unfollow those girls or just cut contact with them completely off. Just know that it’ll take a while for that trust to come back and it’s ok dude. Most people in that situation would have trust issues, just remember not everyone is like those girls. Trust yourself and know it wasn’t your fault and that people are dicks. Highly recommended counseling so you can have someone to talk to.
