As someone who actually learns and works with music, especially classical, it depends. To me, the verses and the instrumental at the beginning is literal fire 🔥. But the chorus, it's just... not there, I suppose. It is usually not about what instrument or element the producer used, but how they place and arrange it inside the song. That's also why kids nowadays just like repetitive beats and drums. It has a formula that makes the song super catchy, easy to listen and easy to remember. The song is not good just because someone decided to use violin with other instruments that are considered "classical" and "make it different". How they utilized, arrange, and make it unique in the suitable position is what makes it good. Ok what the hell did I rant here, I don't remember this 💀

Being more into noisy music stray kids suits my taste and i love fast forward's beat and just the overall vibe of the song. S-class is so captivating for me, the diverse music video and the parts change so smoothly. just telling you it's all your opinion don't do go on saying "song is trash" "suffering to ears" "outdated" "boring" just because it doesn't sit with you I like many many songs from the list and I dislike many songs that aren't in the list I don't what's with people being so rude about the things that doesn't please them....like I would love to know what you don't like about them instead of hearing something like "trash" "embarrassing" and yea just because some music sounds generic or old style song doesn't automatically make it "outdated"

You are just hating on the most popular songs atp . I only agree with Unforgiven because I find it boring. Flower is also boring. All eyes on me was so much better . Cake is the worst Itzy title track yet . Born is be is not at itzy level yet. It sounded so empty without lia . Her vocals would have save dthis song .

ehhh i feel like the issue with a lot of these songs and other 2023 releases isn’t that they’re bad or that terrible sounding, they’re all just… okay or underwhelming. like listenable but not enjoyable enough to go out and repeat or put in a playlist. i think a lot of hate is exaggerated for certain songs being terrible-sounding when their worst crime is just being generic and uninspired (set me free by twice is the biggest example of this imo)

not everyone can do original and unique songs and concepts, some just copy things that have been done in the past decade and tweak it a bit so when it comes out it is kinda hard to listen to and infuriating if the group or solo artist is someone who's done great music in the past, like you give Jimin those songs and we all know how they were, definitely not hits, or itzy songs, it's just disappointing , at least give me the weirdest latino/Swedish sound so i have something to wrap my head around and listen to it 20 times trying to figure it out, not sth that sounds bad from the first 15 seconds

bona bona is good. the switching of beats in every part of a song makes it a kpop song. kpop is kpop for a reason. the only reason it was not too appreciated was because fans were still stuck with ot12 like me.
