That Bobbi Brown concealer gave me a mid life crisis with how many fine lines and wrinkles it brought to life I didn’t even know I had. It was the in the first makeup haul after a 20 year break from makeup, it almost made me throw in the towel about wearing makeup again…but then a quick YT search showed that SO many people felt the same way. Weirdly when I tried it on at Ulta it looked amazing which is why I bought it 🤷🏻‍♀️ never trust Ulta lighting

I love the fenty Eaze drop and I mix the highlighter to deepen my Eaze drop. It works amazing. I have oily skin so I was scared that it would emphasize my imperfections but it didn’t. You can try mixing it if you don’t want to get rid of it

I got samples of the Danessa Myricks, I have dry skin and it made my skin look mask-like and then also exaggerated dry areas. I also really dislike the smell totally unwearable.

i’ve heard some dry skin people say they really love the yummy skin ! haven’t tried it myself and since i’m a bit oily i think i’ll pass. but looks pretty on others from what i’ve seen

I’m in my 50s and have dry skin, so I thought (based on multiple reviews) that the DM yummy skin tint would work great for me. I tried SO many different ways of applying it and pairing it with different skin care products, but it just never worked for me and I ultimately gave up trying. It made my skin look more textured and almost “bumpy.” It’s hard to describe. I love every other Danessa Myricks product that I’ve tried though, and they can’t ALL be winners for every person.

I swear by bobbi brown corrector but the mistake i did was not moisturizing my face/eyes enough before putting on makeup… using a brush for concealer made me have wrinkles so thats what i regretted

I had the same experience with the CoverGirl glosses! I got one because they were so hyped online and every time I used it I would get this weird tingling sensation on my lips, like they were slightly irritated. And the texture definitely wasn’t for me. You’re the only beauty creator I’ve seen so far that’s had a similar experience. (Love your vids btw ✨)

I love mixing oils (2 drops) with my face cream. It makes such a huge difference with dryer and long wearing makeup!

I like the eaze drop lit to mix with my foundation to sheer it out and make it easier to blend! But as a standalone product it did nothing lol it just sinks right into the skin like moisturizer without any glowing effect

I only have one of those Mario lip products and you are very right. Mine goes on super glossy but the gloss just sits on top of the lips. After a while, the glossiness goes away, but leaves a pretty color. But then that color fades really quickly. It's an odd formula. But I love everything else I own from the brand!

I am genuinely with you on all of these products. I generally always wait for you to review a product and use it over the course of a few videos and your reaction to decide whether I should get it or not, and you’ve never, and I mean NEVER failed me thus far. So my cousin has bought some of the stuff you recommended against, against my own warnings too (lol) and she absolutely suffered. It’s actually funny to see it first hand the audacity of these products, though I feel bad her money went to waste for them because no matter what you do, they just do not cooperate with you. Omg thank god you mentioned the covergirl yummy lip glosses. I bought them based off everyone hyping them up. I got like two shades. I didn’t experience the numbing thing, but I experienced the stickiest floppiest mess I ever have with lipgloss. It was so gloopy that I would get stringy pieces of gloss that would stick together when I would speak. so gross. 🤢 the more translucent one was better but either way I hated them both lol. It’s so weird cause they kind of feel nourishing but at the same time the formula sticks to itself

I tried Yummy skin and thought the finish was beautiful but it just wasn't enough coverage for the price (for my skin). I have redness and it didn't even out my skintone at all, it just looked like a pretty moisturizer lol.

I've tried a few of these products and it's unfortunate about your experience with the Rare Beauty eye liners and YSL mascara! I wear these almost daily and these look great 8+ hours later as I sit here typing this. However, 1000% agree about the Milk Makeup mascara. Gave me raccoon eyes just two hours later and the component does exactly as you said.
