Gary Neville couldn't wait to run away from the valencia job and get back to talking, why didn't he try to manage again? at least one time, wouldn't we all love to watch those deep analysis in action? Roy Keane will always be my favorite because he never tries to be too tactical or technical in his assessments, agree or disagree he's very relatable, always keeps it simple telling exactly what he thinks.

When the team is always losing and having bad seasons, the management and owner would probably go the easiest way, which is firing the manager, sometimes that changes the whole situation. but sometimes if the players are the ones that lacking in terms of performance, the management would just bring in new managers and fire them and bring a new one, instead of handling the core problem of the team which are players that lacks either motivation or have attitude problems. Look at Tottenham and ManUtd
