Honestly, at this point I am absolutely convinced CG genuinely wants their studio to get closed. This is a work of sabotage and damn if I don't get to call it out. Ever since Carrie left and this new lead designer came in, this game went downhill. Monetizing via ridiculous requirements have become a norm, more currency and gear was introduced to force us to spend more, cheaters were apologized for merely spending money (Mind you, their ToS say it's a no tolerance policy too). And then they fucking terminate an account from literally their biggest content creator. NO ONE else has this many subscribers dedicated solely to SWGoH. Mobilegamer MIGHT be an argument, but he's more invested in MSF and his SWGoH content is mostly guest appearances and GAC streams and that's it. Ahnald is without question this game's biggest content creator, and the only reason you'd ever go against him of all people is if you genuinely want your game to suffer at no future rewards. This is either the decision of an utterly retarded moron or a saboteur.

Lifelong Star Wars fan here, by far my favorite kind of entertainment to consume. Found SWGoH about 2 years ago, ended up being the only game I've ever played on my mobile device for longer than 1 month. After more than a year of playing for free, I started to consider putting some money into the game as a support for the people working on it and because I felt like it was a good enough game to invest in. Was JUST ABOUT to start spending money when I noticed changes in the dev team, thought it might be wise to wait a bit. Started getting an uncomfortable feeling around the introduction of Dark Revan, game became less fun, realized the choice to spend money was no longer a choice but a necessity to have fun which was drastically different than my previous 1 year+ of playing and decided to take a break only I never came back. It's been a while and thought maybe I had overreacted and decided to go to your youtube channel and Ahrnold's just to see where the game is to possibly jump back in and this is what I find. Yep, definitely not coming back now and am so incredibly thankful I didn't throw any money into a game that now seems to hate the people who are it's biggest supporters.

I’m fairly sure that is exactly why they banned him. He showed people what the event was really like and that led to less people spending for the event. CG mot definitely made a lot less then they anticipated, and by banning Ahnald they’ve made it so people have to pay to see if the characters are worth it. With Ahnladt, he showed everyone how bad and unfair the events were, leading to people not handing over their money for the characters, and leading to CG making less money than they anticipated. Every game, every dev team, EVERY COMPANY, is making a post regarding the movements taking place across the nation. Where is CG's post? His "what farm first" were top notch for beginners. Almost everything was perfect for new comers. Yes, he had bitter words sometime, but it is words only on specific very high level characters that F2P won't have before 3 years and that whallers would buy anyway, so... I mean. CG f**ed up super hard here. I hope they will got a big banhammer inside the organisation of the studio by EA top guys. Or that we can do something to help Anahldt. The main issue is... Would it ever be the same for him ? I was so happy to do a Kyber Club party one day or another. He is so on fire on his streams, have such a superb energy going on.
