why can't you see that this movie is a cinematic masterpiece. It is a deconstruction of the human condition that truly dives into what it is to be a man, ... or a woman. By having Adam Sandler play Jack and Jill, it gives them excellent chemistry. This movie made me cry while watching it. It made me think of all the tough times in my life when I had to think of the rough times between me and my siblings. I believe the Pepto Bismo(btw pepto saved my life so please buy as much as you can to save your life) represents the concept of escaping from reality. Whenever you have a tough time you can always fall back on pepto and escape. Al Pacino almost won an Oscar for his performance in this film because he perfectly summed up the spirit of this masterpiece. Not only is this film a dramatic deconstruction of the human condition, but it is also an amazing self parody of the ever growing presence of commercialism. If you cannot see the genius in this film then i will have lost all respect for you

I think the saddest thing about Adam Sandler, is that he's a genuinely funny and talented guy, yet he always goes for the lowest common denominator. It's easy money, and it takes little effort. It's a pretty smart thing to do if having no integrity doesn't bother you. He made a film called Funny People, which is basically about a fictionalised version of himself; a talented comedian who churns out garbage, and shills himself out for paid product placements. I think that was Adam's way of telling people he utterly despises himself for what he does.

The amount theaters get is on a sliding scale. With first week releases theaters only get about 10 percent of the gross, with each week after that, the percentage increases. Wher eby the third or fourth week, if a movie makes it that far in the theaters, the actaul theater will have ts maximum amount made per ticket for a movie,

If there's one thing that's clever about this movie, it's that Adam Sandler is playing a marketing executive in the movie, while he made a 90 minute marketing collage under the guise of a movie in real life. I wonder if he did that on purpose?

Bestie... the mexican character is actually Mexican. His names Eugenio Derbez & thats his real accent. He’s also known for dark humor & very exaggerated characters. He plays a lot of characters he made himself for a show he has with short films
