Dunno man. I'm not sure his mutant ability is worthless. I mean his story and ability are not explored, stupid writers. I mean technically having 57 eyes mean a lot of visual power? Visibility? Not including that special abilities to see things normal people can't see, thermal? Aura? Magnetic wave? Psychokinetic area? Or something? Worst of all, let's assume he only use normal vision ability, put him on security room watching over a lot of camera, he's that "one team" man, as ini he alone worth one the of securities watching camera, if needed to, put cameras or drones all over the city or any other areas and on your teammates bodies too, and have him connect everyone from behind, either telepathically or just radio communication. Boom, instant anti Fog of War (MOBA player know this pain) support, his info worth a lot. And alsot the worst scenario, he can see things that other can't see, but no one able to use him properly again. First, train him in secret agent stuff, hunting stuff, criminal stuff, geography , strategy, physiology, martial arts (no,not for him to do, but to understand), science, etc, to make sure his brain able to keep up with so many information he needs to process later on. Use him as detective, anti landmine detector, trap detector, lie detector, secret room detector, hunter that can detect even the smallest faintest footprints, army movement and tactical analyst, poison analyst, fight support (for example, connect him telepathically with Wolverine for example. Then the Wolverine for example, again, is fighting against Magneto, whose ability is mostly invisible to naked eye. Now imagine, he told Wolverine telepathically, dunno how fast Wolverine can process, "I can see, he's trying to pull that red car 20 M away with his right hand, and his left hand is "insert stuff to do", also his right ankle is wounded, his left leg is sprained, his right eye is tired, also his breathing is ragged, his stamina is 20% at best." And he also tell Cyclops"Magneto's lackey, insert name, 3 o'clock, 40 M away, will arrive in 10 seconds , wounded in his abdomen, thighs, blood loss, and so on. Intercept immediately". He's underdeveloped. Stupid marketing don't know how to sell him

i love eye boy!! hes a total goof, i loved reading him in the recent x-factor series and ended up looking more into him in generation x. his abilities make him a great asset for a detective team, i honestly think they were downplayed in this video. he has also has x-ray vision, night vision, thermal vision, infared vision, and more! he has some sort of psychometry, is a master at reading body language, can see people's auras, can see past illusions and perceive magic, microwaves, electric waves, etc. that's just stuff you can see on his fandom wiki but it's really cool in the comics actually! he did actually develop better defensive powers and has the ability to beam energy blasts and solar rays. hes a really fun character and he definitely gets better when he moves to krakoa
