We are talking about an established England legend and his career is not over. You forgot to add that Sterling provided an assist in that game and he won the penalty. The fact he was offered to take the penalty when he was clearly having a bad day, but then not allowed to take it when having a good day says much about those controlling who takes penalties, not him. He is the highest scoring winger in Premier league history if you exclude penalties and still has over 3 seasons of his career to play, with the wingers of the future being modelled on his game, so exceptional is he as a player. Just like Mbappe had bad days at these 2024 Euros, Sterling can have them too, but it does not take away from the fact they are exceptional players with exceptional records to back them up unless you are part of the brainwashing campaign against him and want people to think that. He is an England legend dragging us almost singlehandedly to our first final in over half a century which Rooney and many other greats could not do. Peace and love
