To be fair, a CEO can do whatever they want with the Salary they receive, just like you and me. It’s up to the board of directors that decide on the compensation and should be the one to blame if they paying millions to an incompetent manager (ceo). Having said that, this would probably be Sony that approved and pays the salary at the end of the day. Sony was also 100% involved with the layoffs. Yeah being laid off sucks! I was laid off once, and one time only. I had just graduated with a bachelors in environmental science, got my dream job…and it tanked due to shady back room govt deals and greedy people… we got laid off with the promise of being brought back when the company got bought…low and behold it burnt to the ground….went into bankruptcy court and I never saw the vacation pay or the last 3 months of pay they owed me….being laid off is worse than being fired especially when they promise you they are going to bring you back SOON…..I hate hearing about this no matter the industry it sucks… I hope these guys land their feet…

@@ॐIo Who got back to making Halo? They don't exist at Bungie. Most that were with Bungie that had anything to do with Halo have long moved on. In fact, more people that worked for Bungie when they were part of MS stayed with MS and became part of for 343i when Bungie left. Besides why would we want Halo playing and looking like Destiny because that is what Bungie knows. They don't know how to make Halo.

The thing Jaydub and Jaytech TV don’t understand is…BECAUSE they keep defending PlayStation/Sony while trashing Xbox/Microsoft, ponies keep CONSISTENTLY finding themselves here because they allow Xbox/Microsoft to live in their heads rent free. People want to say both fan bases are bad, DreamcastGuy, The Red Dragon, Jaydub, Jaytech TV, Nicola, JapanHatesXbox, Reforge, MBG, and many more on PlayStation’s side. I don’t recall Alexx ever changing his attention on Xbox fans or Nintendo fans.
