I fell 40 feet cutting a tree while climbing, tore my ACL's and MCL's in both knees, compressed three disc in my back and crushed the left side of my face. I refused surgery and went through self rehab for a year doing yoga and forcing myself to walk. It took me a year to walk without limping. Within 18 months I was back to climbing without pain. I was 39 when it happened. 7 years later and I am still climbing poles and trees. Sometimes I feel younger people just take the word of a surgeon that just wants the money to hack on you, and you never get back to 100 percent before they tell you we need another surgery and it's one after another until they tell you that you need a knee replacement. Always trust your gut and at the least get a second opinion. Surgery isn't always the way to go.

I’d disagree, WPMC is a really strong faction no doubt about it but their also weak in a more open map where they can leverage their mobility and AT kits in ambushes they can dominate the game but if they get bogged down in more urban combat or lose the ability to maneuver quickly their pretty easy to defeat. On maps like Al Basrah, Kohat, and Tallil they get destroyed by armor because of the open terrain and the enemy being able to maintain distance from their AT. On Maps like Sumari and Chora they struggle because they lose their mobility but their infantry can make up for it there. Kamdesh, Kokan, Belaya, Fool’s Road, and Mestia they can utilize their mobility but not to its full potential so they have to rely heavily on the infantry weapons yet again. Anvil is a unique map for WPMC because their infantry should be able to dominate the valley but in the open ground in the highland areas they can use their mobility to maneuver but are extremely vulnerable to armor. All in all I’d say they’re actually a decently balanced faction however I’d rank them on the stronger side, and I’d like to see OWI add a Russian/eastern bloc style PMC faction to the game.v

The real hero of the game was the MSV driver. Just rambling here, but a reason that in real life the Afghan Army was so inept even though they were trained and funded by the USA, is that unlike the US forces, the Afghan army was less willing and less disciplined to perform the boring parts that are associated with armed conflict, which arguably are the most important. That MSV driver was willing to spend the entire match doing the boring thing, and incidentally it was one of the most important and pivotal actions of the match. Hats off to you, MSV driver

Thanks. I knew that the MSV was going to die instantly if used flippantly on such a small map and against 6 BTR/BRDM roaming around. So I decided to to make it my mission to keep it alive at all cost and only move it up when necessary and with good infantry support covering it.

WPMC's live and die by their infantry. Everything else is window dressing. You gotta lean into solid infantry tactics and support, and their loadouts allow them to operate in all environments very well.

the PMC are extremelly overpowered idk if it is the HAT capabilities or the better FPS weapons, but unless you have a really good mec inf team you are going to get pushed HARD

They have really strong AT due to 4 HAT kits but they're terrible on maps where IFVs can hammer them from a distance.

@@lordnootnoot2892 meh ive cmd lots of pmc matches both sides in yehorivka, goose bay, manicouagan and they were busted. specialized AT squads on their super fast cars+heli will prevent any redfor tracked vics from ever reaching the frontline. they are destroyed or get stuck going back to main->push, be tracked by helis and shot again->repeat. Thats 5 guys locking all your tracked armor assets. Redfor vics are forced to push in convoys and play defensively even if pmc have no ifvs. Luckily most ifv drivers have long realized this so theyre more open to team up. redfor infantry is forced to play this way too cos the tow and minigun cars are super fast so they will have enemy contact by their 3rd flag 75% of the time (in my experience). Cant have a single logi backcap and definitely not have any tigr/ifv push alone. the bigger the map, the more f'ed redfor are against pmc. Their rifles are much better too, so infantry must really suck to lose against redfor with no ifv support. We talking about full auto m4 and MGL. Talil is exclusively a tank map so anything outside the USAvCHINA matchup is troll tbh they need to be nerfed. I would reduce their vic count + heli ammo supply and maybe give another ifv in exchange. Redfor placing TOW+repair stations preemptively by 2nd(3rd if possible) flag is stretched but works a bit for me. But if the PMC cmd doesnt push too hard and also opts for TOWs, redfor is f*ed again.

@@lordnootnoot2892 It's the KPVT that you're afraid of as a heli since it shreds your tail/engine in just a second. So the BTR-80 and 2x BRDM is what makes that faction scary for pilots. The BTR82 is dangerous as well, but has a much harder time hitting the shots.

Playing recently has made it painfully clear that most of the community doesn't read patch notes or even watch videos about updates. Commanders and SL's absolutely full of confidence telling me I'm stupid for saying we need multiple squads to back cap.... The community usually seems exceptionally friendly and helpful especially towards new players, but sometimes it also seems to have a lot of thick headed idiots who apparently can't use Google lol

@@evananderson1455 I know you're gonna cap faster, then what? your 18-man squads of infantry hop on the truck on the way to 2nd cap oblivious to the fact that enemy already waiting there uncontested because everybody is backcapping, then boom that truck full of infantry is deleted by a light vic. we already done that same rush tactic multiple time and rolled enemy back to main because we wiped those trucks full of intrantry. It's just not a good strat to give up map control like that.

I think regular faction have many advantage than new PMC with new meta if capturing, especially with big logi and armored transport, PMC is for more experience player and team I think, especially with many light armor vehicle 😅 39:56 well, after that first fur all, I think they deserve that comeback 😊

This was a fantastic battle I loved the turn around my team made at the end my 4 man AT squad (our medic rode in commands logi) was in that initial little bird that crashed on castle the pilot was afk for the first few mins of the battle otherwise I suspect we could have gotten there and ambushed their armor. We tried to get him to land on the edge of the wall on the south eastern side of the castle where it was more open because we had seen that BRDM but he wouldn’t listen to us at all. Rest of the match we tried to set up ambushes for their armor but with no luck so for me it was a pretty slow match.
