Can I give an extra like for Jarren’s interlude explanation thing? It’s a nice touch. Really wholesome and professional. It’s really appreciated, even though I’m generally very patient and can “figure things out” like tech issues or cast changes. That stuff doesn’t get to me. +1 to Jarren and an extra extra +1 to his calm presence. The man could tell me everyone I cared about is dead, and I’d feel at peace.

One thing he didn't mention was how they seem totally unable to use non-copyrighted taunt sounds, making them mute them.. It's so great to watch everyone stop playing and listen to a sound that is not there, then laugh at how funny the sound was and then spend 10 minutes laughing and commenting how funny the sound was that the audience couldn't hear.. If it's the whole "taunts are copyrighted" thing, then why are they not switching them out with some non-copyrighted ones? I mean it's not their first ttt video, and they still haven't done it.

@@Nordorf …? Would’ve sworn what he said was that they lost mic audio, which isn’t the same as having to mute it. And asking AH to remember or keep track of which taunts they used at what time and what they sounded like on the screen of someone else they were playing with, isn’t really feasible. Besides which, the taunts are mostly only as worthwhile as they are because they’re recognizable, which is _why_ they’re copyrighted. Otherwise it might well be background noise they have to keep checking their headphones to make sure they’re not hearing out of game, no?

Your comment about taunts being worthwile because they're recognizable is also just.. They could easily make a taunt pack full of their own quotes, thereby removing the copyright issue.. and who among AH fans wouldn't recognize famous AH quotes? Just something simple as Geoff reading one of his angry commercials would be funny, and even more so when they change the pitch ingame..

Going back and watching achievements hunters old videos really reminds me of how entirely different the videos were back then. They've changed the videos so much to adapt to the new audience, that I don't even find them entertaining anymore. I miss the old days of achievement hunter.

First video I’ve seen with Ky. My one and only issue is with something she can’t really control; her voice. I don’t know. Just sounds… grating? To me, at least. Sorry if you read this Ky. From what I’ve seen in the comments this seems to just be a me issue. Chloe (first time seeing her too), was kind of the opposite in the fact that she seemed to speak so much less that sometimes I forgot she was there but the moments she did speak/do stuff I enjoyed. And to all the inevitable “you’re a racist” comments: I don’t care what colour you/they are, nor did I bring it up until this moment. So take your trigger finger off the keyboard and calm down. As for Ky, I don't dislike her, but I'm not sure if I like her just yet either. It's probably just the newness, so with some time getting her footing with the crew, I hope she'll find that sweet spot to great content.

@@NatYourAverageNerd I agree with both of you. I feel like Lindsay doesn't fit with any game that requires something to be done. Lindsay's more of a "I'm just happy to be here and hang out." sort of player. That may be fine everywhere else, but with the AH crew, it's a jarring and unfitting difference. Fiona always sounds like she's on the verge of tears and I feel like she doesn't get angry or frustrated enough when something goes wrong. Both just don't fit with violent games like TTT and GTA V. They're better fits with Jackbox games and Gartic Phone. Ky at least gets annoyed when things don't go the way she planned them and fits better with the group. She's gotten way better than when she first appeared. I've also seen Barbara play games on the main RT channel and she fits way better with the AH crew than Lindsay, Chloe, and Fiona.

A lot of the humour was organic and stemmed from how well they knew eachother. Newer videos they have to worry about being more inclusive and be aware of copyright and corporate pressure from above to push for certain things.
