That's how you know people talk absolute crap and some of the first half football against Dundee Utd proved that, Rangers played relatively well for a lot of that. In the second half dropped off a bit, but it was nowhere near as bad as certain folk were claiming.

Celtic are set to overtake Rangers in the historical titles in the next season or two. That would have been unthinkable 20 years ago. Rangers have won 1 league title, 1 FA cup and 1 league cup in the last 10 years while Celtic haver pretty much took most of the rest.

I think the best thing for the SPL would be a Rangers 3rd or 4th. Force them to spend money wisely. They have out spent Celtic the last 4 seasons and will most likely keep finishing in their shadow. Worst Rangers team in 79 nah i don't get it won both cups lost the league on a title decider 4-2 to Celtic ,beat Juve first round of the european cup beat Psv eindhoven in the next round lost to a mario kempes inspired valencia in the next round compare it to now .Year before with the same team won the treble, same team more or less won the treble in 76.The so called crap team beat most of italys world cup squad in juve plus it beat eindhoven another team with about 5 players who played in the world cup final in Argentina ,Kempes won the world cup for argentina scoring a couple in 78.From 82 to 85 our team and Celtic started to play second fiddle to Aberdeen and Dundee utd those were bad years with bad teams.

Let’s be honest: take Celtic out of the picture and the SPL may be an outstanding watch for the rest of the year because there isn’t much to separate the teams from what has been seen so far. Celtic may take the title in a walk but it will be a battle for the remaining European places and even to remain up. As a Dundee United fan, I had mixed emotions. A very poor first 25 minutes. Holt was a poor choice at CDM. I was pleased to see Goodwin respond and get him off for Docherty. We played much better afterward. We're the newly promoted team. 14 or so new players. It's been a really solid start. My concern is up front and getting goals from 3 strikers, none of whom have any pace. I think we will be safe this season if we maintain momentum.

Obviously the 2013 2014 2015 teams were depends how this season goes I dunno... there could be a debate around the warbarton 2016/17 and Caxhina 2017/18 were worse than this. I mean u had a in his PRIME Tavernier, Morelos, Daniel Candaias in those teams, Kenny Miller, Niko Kranjar, Bruno Alves, Joey Barton etc. They might not have reached the levels expected but they were clearly better players in their careers than any this current lot unless the younger ones start uping the gears and end up going on to another level. So I'd say it's really up for debate that this team, if you leave out the lower league years, that this lot and this manager are the worst. It's now a fact that he has a worse record than Beale or Gio
