I was in one for almost a year due to surgery complications a few years back. What helped me was finding a trustworthy physical therapist who was thorough and really worked with me. It was a long process, but my legs eventually strengthened up enough to freely walk again. So physical therapy is definitely worth it imo, but I don't know if that would apply to you or not. If your doctor gives you exercises to do, don't skip them. And try to take care of yourself in other ways too. I hope this helps, I wish you the best with it. 💛
