My friend kingbolen had a good bidirectional control scanner look for this type kingbolen k7 very similar to topdon artidiag but with bidirectional control

KINGBOLEN S800 have 15 Resets options others have 4.

Are you basically saying they're all the same then? You can currently buy the S800 for £120, so what is THE best scan tool for around the £150 mark then?? Would recommend a LAUNCH CRP129X or TOPDON ArtiDiag600S? I need one to reset a battery and regen a DPF on a 2018 Vauxhall Insignia, what would be best?? Cheers!

i just purchased a kingbolen s800. it was $170 delivered on amazon. im waiting for it in the mail. I just wanted it for electric parking brakes and a basic prescan for prepurchase inspections. anything else is extra. i want a ottofix bidirectional next month. im a new mechanic.

Bought mine for £128 , small little quick service tool, may not do bi directional, it's mainly designed for quick service functions , you know that in the motor trade no tool does everything , even 5k tools, it gives free lifetime updates, service resets , dpf resets , epb , it's not junk, it's partially limited , shoes live data available on graphing, hopefully they won't send you anything else they will send free samples to people who appreciate free stuff , your retail price is outdated big time

Well I wasn’t going to comment back to this as you ain’t worth the reply but for your information I did this video nearly 2 years ago if you look at the date I posted this back in April 2023 and it was £100 that would have deffinetely changed with the way the world a year later as it’s got worse not better secondly they have sent me 23 other scan tools in that time for my honest review so feel free to browse my channel and see why I didn’t consider this a good scan tool and kingbolen and me have a very good friendship and knows after everything they sent me this is nothing compared to what others can do I suggest checking my other scan tools may surprise you 😃

I bought an expensive scan tool, for my BMW, that didn't have an update available one year later. Pissed away 500$ on a tool that was highly rated on Amazon. Can't trust all reviews, or companies. Too many Chinese clones out there, and subscription services to make them work one year later. I have a 2003 BMW Z4 with an airbag light that no scan tool can see of fix. The dealers tools can read that code and for 150$ they can tell me what it reads.

$205US (£158) I paid for mine. I only got it so I can do rear brakes for cars like VW that need a scan tool. I did rear brakes and rotors on a 2020 VW Tiguan and charged $325 parts and labor. Made my $205 back on that one job 😅🤣😂

This is cringy 😂 having seen first hand the tactics TopDon use against KZbinrs, this screams out pressure from them to say the majority of this. Topdon unfortunately are one of the worst for the hardsell on getting people to promote their Chinese tat and threats to stop or make people pay for it if they don’t get positive reviews!
