I disagree with the choices for Homer, Lisa, and Bart. For Homer, it's when he leaves his home office to go to a movie, which leads to radioactive gas build up at the plant because he wasn't there to tell the systems to vent it, which almost resulted in a Chernobyl level nuclear catastrophe according to Mr. Burns. Lisa's was when she rippped up that check she was given by Mr. Burns which led to Homer having a heart attack. According to other reviewers on KZbin, she could used the money from it to help undo the damage caused by Mr. Burns's ocean harvesting business ir support other environmental protection movements. Finally, Bart's worst deed was burning the Christmas tree, the gifts, and then lying about it which led to the whole town hating the Simpsons and stealing everything in their house except a single rag.

Imo, Lisa has done a lot worse than Clara's episode. I think the episode in which we got to see her as a bottomless pit of pure evil is when Bart finds Edna's diary and reads it thinking she actually believed in him, and starts to excel. But Lisa had to come with her pride and ego to completely crush his spirit by telling him that basically no one believed in him, and after seeing him defeated and devastated she felt better and didn't even try to cheer him up. I don't think that's as low as she will ever get, but that goes to show she doesn't really have a limit, not anymore at least. Amazing video btw, not criticizing, just leaving my opinion
