She was at the house with Ben looking for Amelia and Owens wedding rings when her active labor started. Ben examined her and her baby was breech. They both knew she had to have a c section because the ambulance wasn't going to make it. If she didn't have it her second child would've died and she probably would've too

For real. They stated at the beginning in the show “only one of you will stay. The others will move, die, quit, etc” so it kind of foreshadowed everyone leaving. I can only really watch up until for real shepherd dies then a little after the show just isn’t as good. They should have ended it and didn’t keep it going

C-SECTION WITHOUT ANAESTHESIA????😨😨😨😨 As a mother who had a c-section and whose anesthesia was kind of wearing off during the surgery, let me tell you, that DOES NOT feel good. I think my mind was in shock that it was happening and so I didn't feel much of the pain so much as the actual feeling of being cut open, so therefore I was able to warn everyone in the room SANELY, "I can feel you cutting me open, I think I need more anesthesia I can feel it I can feel you cutting me open." Seems like just yesterday although it's been 3 years yesterday
