Cobble strip from surface logix. we charge full day of labor plus materials for every day needed for stripping. and you still make zero money if you can break even. i tell myself never again and every time i do it anyway.

I was looking at a house a year ago in Florida for potential purchase. Saw the Saltillo floor in the place and told the realtor...NOPE...next place...LOL! We turn all these down but have almost had a weak moment or two to get talked into cleaning them. This video was a good reminder to stick in my lane and away from this 😁

They also make these to look old and worn. Some are glazed and have different stains thrown on them for the old world patinas. Thats part of the beauty of them for some people are the different patinas.
