I absolutely couldn't agree more about Pisa. It is by far one of the worst cities in the world that I've ever been to. I wondered why it stank of piss everywhere, and I managed to work it out when I couldn't find any public toilets anywhere, and every restaurant I went into wouldn't let me use the toilet unless I bought something, so I ended up pissing in the street. That's when it hit me. Pisa really needs some public toilets

That ay a lean the Crooked House Pub in Dudley before it was burnt down actually made Glasses and Marballs roll up Hill. Now the newest Wonkiest Pub is the Tilted Barrell in Nearby Tipton. The Crooked house was stood for hundreds of years and collapsed due to mining substance but all they did was stiffen it with steel to keep it standing. But it was built to prevent it collapsing it actually being wonky was natural. Crooked house was also free and you can buy a pint

The only reason i visited the leaning tower was because I wanted to go to Florence and found it was cheaper for me to fly to Pisa and then travel to Florence from there, meaning I got to see the tower. I didn't go inside, but dont know of i could have done all those steps.

Loved this one, I went up the tower when I was 8 years old, about 42 years ago and everything was open, no handrails, and open views every level. Convinced this gave me my fear of heights. lol

We visited this town to see the tower many years ago when it did have scaffolding on it for repairs! The tower was closed to visitors. We were docked up at Livorno and took a coach there. It wasn’t what I expected to be honest. The market that runs along the road. Lots of looky looky men selling Rolex watches! 🤣 I bought a bongo drum for my son!! Must say though, I loved the architecture in Italy. Very pleasant scenery for photography! My first visit to Italy and couldn’t wait to eat real Italian food. But, sadly we didn’t! One of our travelling friends insisted we visit a Chinese instead!! Grrrr! Chinese/Italian fusion food just didn’t do it for me!! A fun fact for you regarding bells. The frequency of the vibration of bells is supposed to be good for the human body to help maintain good health! Sadly lots of bells around Europe were destroyed after WW2 for some reason? Many of them just ending up on scrap heaps! Love your take on life!! Very entertaining!! 👍

Always cash in Italy lad, they have 2 tolls 1 for cash you get no receipt and they don't declare it or pay tax and 1 for cards etc. Also there's usually a 2 euro coperto on each meal per person so watch out for that

Should have visited Stonehenge mate, in my opinion it takes the cake for one of the shittest tourist attractions out there. It's literally just a bunch of big rocks in a windy field next to a very busy motorway. I've visited it myself as i live relatively close and while it was cool, as all historically significant places are, seeing it in person wasn't all that different from just looking at photos of it on google. At least with photos you dont get to hear the constant noise of the motorway
