There's a lot of crimes in this video.. and the biggest of all is using a knife and fork on a pizza.

In the US that would have cost easily $89 or £72 for the four course meal

Going way, way back, there was a fish and chip shop near me in 1979/80 that these days would have been levelled as it was so bad, but since it was in a poor area with no other alternatives could serve up whatever crap people would buy at high prices. Typically you bought chips that could be found under a river of grease, a minging bit of fish, or you could try a meat pie that was nearly all gristle with a rock hard crust. Only thing this dump had going for it was the owner sold Yorkie chocolate bars quite cheap. TBH no one was actually killed by this place , not that I know of anyway, and the owner retired to Spain.

The exchange rate right now for tourists from the UK in Japan is amazeballs right now. I wouldn't call the brekky a full English though, a lot of egg and beans though, but yeah 1 banger is not enough and of course the bacon missing is womp womp. The Fish n Chips looked ok, but matey you should know by now ALWAYS carry cash with you in Japan not everyone takes cards or phone payments, I would have liked to see actual chunky chips, but at least the fish was the real deal and not some regurgitated nonsense designed to look like fish from the dregs of cuts. The "Sausage roll" looked interesting a fusion of British and Chinese, a snack is a snack, but I dunno about the spring roll style. That shepherd's pie looked amazing, but I have heard good things about the Royal from other fellow Scots on holiday or living there, that it is a must go to place at least once per fortnight, sometimes they have a Scottish Steak Pie on the menu and it is supposed to be incredible. I agree that Shepherd's pie was the best thing that day.

"Japanese are all about honor, and integrity". Yes, they are "all about that sort of thing". Personal responsibility, like being prepared to pay your bills 😠

There are apparently 46 Hub pubs in Tokyo alone, and yes, they are overwhelmingy for locals, not tourists. In fact I'm not sure where tourists drink in Tokyo, other than maybe Golden Gai.

I don't thInk you have a grasp on the size of Tokyo. It has 160,000 restaurants, 30,000 bars and 7,000 izakaya.. so 46 Hubs is relatively a very small number.
