The games have general rules that have to be followed to make the game an actual game, preventing total washes from occurring: good idea Braun will never be punished for loudly declaring he is going to throw the game if he doesn't get his way, holds his own team hostage: bad idea, continues to set precedent that rules do not exist for Braun

He can do what he wants in single player, in a lobby, even one that has looser rules than normal, he doesn't get to do "whatever he wants". Why do you think he references in videos if they are doing no rule games? If Germany decides to ally Russia and the Comintern never enters war with Germany, the allies are hosed, that's why you don't get away with that in multiplayer servers unless they are listed as no rules

The problem is never that Golden tries something new, it's that Golden tries things that are clearly and obviously idiotic. Every single person in the game knew it was a bad decision except Golden. India's base industry is trash, there's a reason India players field infantry armies and left Canada and SA build the tanks and mech. India is the worst of the colonies to try and annex, he'd have been better off annexing Canada or SA.

You gotta remember that this is a stream highlight, if Bo decided to put just Braun moaning for 10 minutes means that nothing more interesting than that happened in the game.
