I myself was Immo 3 back in EP6 before i got a year ban, i got ascendant 1 after that year passed, the hard reset rankup actually depends on your playstyle, if you actually perform really good and get like a 3-2 or 4-1 you would be ranked the top of the hard reset rank, i actually won 2 out of 5 and got that ascendant rank. Also Frankfurt is where the whole europe plays and it is indeed shit server.
