12:08 They adapted Unleashed for the Archie Comics when they rebooted it (right before it got cancelled and went to IDW) and they actually made the Werehog feral in that version. As in, Sonic got infected with Dark Gaia essence and had to train himself to gain control over the form after he transformed and went on a rampage.

So, fun facts about the voices in this game. A lot of them are anime VAs. Chip’s voice actor played Chazz Princeton in Yugioh GX, and Amy’s voice actress is Lisa Ortiz, who’s played a bunch of people and Pokémon across various media, including Oshawott, Fletchling, and Korrina!

It's so funny how Penny's sounds closer to the original and when Mar starts screaming with his Chip voice perfectly fits this unhinged version of the character you guys improved. The dots that you see in the screen are normal. These were there for the TVs before the ones that grew on quality. These dots were not so visible because the TV screen would have some sort of layers of lines that covered these. Actually, thanks to those, we could see more round shapes. Now that we have 4k screens, we can't see the round shapes in past games that used to be there. As a result, when putting an old game in a great quality TV, these dots show up. I tried to explain the best I can, but I lack english vocabulary to properly explain. Hope you liked this fact!
