its always a good role regardless, almost every time village does not lynch Day 1 so revealing somebody for extra information AND confirming yourself is a hard deal to pass, except people will report you, probably the reason its in the F tier

My RRV tierlist (by strength/wins) is: S: Gambler, Night Watchman, Forger, Astronomer, Butcher, Judge A: RRV, Tough Guy, Trapper, Flagger, Mayor, Marksman, Spirit Seer, Witch, Pacifist B: Grumpy Grandma, Preacher, BellRinger, Avenger, Beast Hunter, Red Lady, Ghost Lady, Sheriff, Violinist, Seer Apprentice, Aura Seer, Priest, Doctor, Bodyguard, Locksmith C: Baker, Flower Child, Loudmouth S means they need nerfs/changes A means naturally OP / tiny nerfs B means average / balanced C means naturally bad / needs buff Gambler - Village Checks busted NWM - Watch All Protectors busted Forger - Provable Witch with permanent protection and sword Astronomer - Guaranteed Save, you just press New Moon and you win Butcher - Multiple Saves (when used correctly Village can be immortal) Judge - Bugged role, sacrifices a lynch phase to prove itself and kill Extra Honourable Mentions: Witch - Just make it RSV, solves the problem of the naturally op role and its broken advances Trapper - To make it less BH+, it can instead disable the attacker for 1 turn or remove their ability. Easier to trigger traps but weaker power Flagger - Just make it lose 1v1 against RK, I know Mayor can do that too for example but Flagger can also save themselves, and GL recently had this nerf too so only fair to add Flagger Flower Child - I’d probably give it a boost like the saved player also is protected for the whole next night

Ye totally agree actually, maybe removing Village checks for Gambler would actually be a really good nerf. Then if you really want to confirm someone as vill, you need two nights for it (which is most of the times not worth it)

@@vasilijepekovic9999 its not unfun per se and tbh, I miss the "reward" part of guessing right, I wish they reworked it a bit, like guessing the solo right would give you two village checks and guessing a ww right gives 1 village check, and youd start with 0 village checks. This is a win-win because more fun to guess it right and WAY more balanced in comparison to aura seer. And still, if you guess wrong, its not a problem because you can still give some info.

25% of these roles are so OP for a random regular villager lol… i can’t even comprehend why astro, nwm, trapper and pacifist are still in the game today. NWM turns all protectors into mayors and trapper is an ascended bh… astro i dont even have to explain… all f tier roles imo Also imo judge is in E it takes away the point in voting to lynch players for me

The meteor isnt the problem. The new moon is because it guarantees ww not killing, and there is no way around, which is the definition of op. It would be fair if it worked like in the past, that with new moon nobody could do anything at night including villagers. And no, that doesnt make it useless because there are many scenarios in which the village doesnt need more info and skipping the night for everyone is still beneficial.

Im very confused by the last "role". First of all: Why are rrv in the tier list? Second of all: Why didnt Hypostein mentioned that putting mayor at the RRV's list will be a worst idea, considering that RRV LITTERALY made to make a claim space for the werewolfs? And the third: Why roles like witch and pacifist should be in the rrv's list? Witch can kill a fake RRV if they will be sure of it, and pacifist can SIMPLY reveal other RRVs, even if it will be an really RRV then pacifist will know that the third player who claimed RRV (or more) are the fake one (if we are playing sandbox). There is just too much nonsense about the RRV's mechanic and how its actually works in the game. Normally there ISNT any roles that can be added to the rrv's with out being too bored. Because if they ARENT boring to play - they can do something that can change the way the game will be going. If they can change the way the game will be going - they can confirm themselfs since they DID something that can be only possible with their roles. If they can confirm themselfs - they ARENT possible to claim as the werewolfs or solo killers. Do you see the logic? This is why you use "forkman" instead of RNG to balance the game. Yes, it is boring but its balanced and fair. At the end of the day this is how the mafia-like games should be palyed in my opinion. Holy sheet thats a lot of text!
