This topic has been covered on several other channels. Youve colored it in and made it tangable. Excellent work. Thanks Pinnso

I only knew that 1816 was bad, it was called the year without a summer and in Germany starving people were eating tree bark and boiled leather. Never knew 536 might have even been worse.

I so love Pinnso. I got all excited when you said 536, cause I knew that's what it was gonna be, and I'm so happy you didn't disappoint. You have an avant garde library of narrations! Thank you for your underrated expertise at treasure hunting! ❤

I'm not sure where your accent is from but I could listen to your voice all day. If you talked about cleaning out a vacuum I would find it interesting. I've got a thing for accents; they make me feel very calm for some reason. I mean this in the least creepiest way possible.😅

sounds interesting, right? :) I think she's from scandinavia. sweden, norway, denmark. one of those, I guess...

Really enjoyed your telling of this world changing event, thanks. I laughed when you said about Krakatoa being west of Java, I know it is but the producers of a movie about the eruption titled their picture "Krakatoa, East of Java", presumably because it sounds more dramatic lol. I guess bums on cinema seats were more important than geographical accuracy back in the day. Incidentally there's increasing evidence that a volcanic eruption was responsible, at least in part, for the Bronze-age collapse.

I'm pretty sure I can guess what this video is about before watching it. The year will be 2003 because that was the year Metallica released St Anger. I am glad to see Pinnso fully engaged by the topic of heavy metal music. 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘

we actually need volcanos to survive as they put lots of essential minerals into the worldsnsoil etc.

The Krakatoa eruption was apparently loud, but Tambora must have been terrifying.

A huge volcano erupted in El Salvador in 535/36, and possibly several more in Alaska, Indonesia, and Iceland. Space impacts may have happened too along with more volcanic eruptions and the horror continued for well over a decade. Ice cores from both poles show evidence of eruptions. It WILL HAPPEN again!

Sounds like it was absolutely miserable, especially that sickly fog that settled in. No wonder some probably thought the apocalypse or its equivalent was either there or arriving.
