Not all Clown is DARK, Dream Clown and Wood Clown are EARTH Warrior monster. Performage Trick Clown is technically Performage cards, but I think as Lv. 4 LIGHT Spellcaster with "Clown" name, he can be a part of the Clowns because of his level. Monsters with "Clown" name now have LIGHT, DARK, and EARTH attributes. With the types Fiend, Spellcaster, Zombie, & Warrior (Flick Clown is Cyberse, but this card can only work in Cyberse deck). The clowns actually have enough monsters to become an arctype that can use TCBOO.

I actually love how the Saggi deck turned out! Instead of being a clown mix (most of which aren't exactly Kaiba cards) the deck makes great use of normal monsters.
