That is a beautifully crafted piece of work! I admire Dan’s skill. I’d prefer a lap desk with a flat bottom and a place to store some stationery, stamps, paperclips, etc. But that Write Well sure looks fine on on your desk. Do you think the inclination of the writing surface will discourage the cats or will they find f it helps their sleep to have their heads elevated?

I think Nose sat on it once, but generally he thinks there’s too much stuff out when I’m using it and just sits on my back. 😆

What a beautiful and useful object. I don't think I'd store an ink sample vial in the holder, though. I'd be devastated if I stained the wood with ink. And therein lies the problem -- I think I'd be too precious with this and never really use it freely.

I haven’t been careful with it, but I will admit that I haven’t dumped any ink on it to see how it goes. :-P My regular desk, well, you’ve seen it.

Gorgeous - and for the craftsmanship what a fair price. Does not ship everywhere but I understand why. Sadly that means the UK - thanks for nothing Brexit voters.

One of the updates says that they're opening it up to international shipping, and that if your country isn't listed you can contact them with a shipping address and they can get a rate and list the place. I meant to mention that in the video and forgot about it. Glad you reminded me!
