I've done multiple research on architects and home designers in the Philippines. Bar-none I'm impressed with Sergio's, work and diligence in his approach. I found an equally great architect and builder here in California when I had my home built, Now I know who to go to when I get out there. For now, it's research, research, and more research especially exporting materials from here. Great job Sergio! really like this channel.

Great architectural design. I have seen this property before having lots of open layouts. Other designers should learn from this design and eliminate their typical outdated ideas of having too much use of columns or pillars, especially in the facade and also in the carport area that usually can only accommodate two cars. They should opt to use cantilevered floors, instead and avoid columns at the perimeter walls.

Great look from the outside, very modern and the mix of wood, concrete and tiles are just perfect! This is a dream home for me! I hope I can afford it. The high ceiling, big size bedrooms. Ample big windows everywhere thus natural lighting is available. Kitchen is nice but still can be upgraded with nice backsplash. The open living room has that welcoming vibe. Big dining table is a must for big houses. Solar panels are installed for power conservation. Everything is just perfect!

With the ample space upstairs, the architect forgot to put a balcony or smoking area in front or at the back of the house. Its inconvenient for the owner to go downstairs just to smoke.
