with plenty of expensive cat biscuits on the 1st floor bedroom window sill , we are breeding Blackbirds enough to supply the neighbourhood & now the top end of the village. There’s a constant stream of babies & big uns & few fights . Love them. If we drives the 5 miles NW to the Thorney Hill / Burley Rd we can see The Westcountry if it’s clear ! Great to see Wurzels are still a thing ❤️from what used to be Forest but now the outskirts of Greater bloody London 😁👍🐢

I'm Aussie and when my grandad retired he packed up, flew to the UK, bought a caravan, and travelled around for about 6 months. Packs up, f,swap back home. I think this was mid 70s, before i was born. One of the things he packed was his records. And he had some Wurzel 45s. And I loved them sooo much as a kid. I still do, it reminds me of grandad and happy times. He also had JJ CALE Cocaine lol Oh and some DREADFUL band he liked from there called Showaddywaddy Ahhaha even the name Showaddywaddy is sh17
