Will holds such an important part in Reality Music TV. If Pop Idol wasn't such a Hit in The UK I don't think Other Countries would have bought the rights to this Program. I saw The Big Reunion and after hearing what happened to Runner Up Gareth Gates, I cringed. Also Cheryl is like a Fairy Godmother with "The Midas Touch", she's been there, done that and she knows that the business can be as cruel as kind. At least he still has Staying Power. In The US several of The "Past" Winners didn't go far and they are doing a New One but the most beautiful is that it's more "diversified". Openly Gay Folks who are judged by their Voice not their Sexuality.

why dont they ever give will a job as a judge on x factor instead of soomeone who knows nothing about music now they seem to going to give anyone the job who have never won a contest mythras90

Yeah because she's a great live singer.....isn't she!!! I don't dislike her as a person but musical credibility is not her strong point.
