Skinner is such a badass. One of the best in the series and just an overall awesome character. Mitch was able to convey A LOT even if he had a few lines. Also I adore that story of him meeting his wife, Arlene, on set. Adorable!

my favourite line was when Skully asked Skinner to help find Mulder. so he finds Mr. X after he didnt help Skull yout and asked him "did you tell her what she needed to know" and ensues whooping his ass to get information!
