Just to reiterate a brief point he made, minimizing processed foods appears to be just as important. It's easier to switch to a plant-based/vegan lifestyle with so many processed food options but these items negate many of the positive health effects. Eating like a peasant is probably correct as the modern-day food of kings seems to be prepackaged processed foods. These foods come with tons of added salt and sugar

good advice. I bought vitamin d tablets. read the label saw sulfites. reasearched sulfites to learn sulfites upset gut microbiome. Whats the point then of supplimentz
