You have to do “dumb tattoos” for a fat minute before you can do “cool tattoos.” You have to love doing the “dumb tattoos.” Eventually one day it all pays off. Even when you become appointment only you still have to do “dumb tattoos” but those people see your work and want to know their simple little tattoo is going to be done well. I love doing those and fucking killing it! Those clients seem to always be so much more enthusiastic about the outcome.
