This year I'm reviewing some of the most beloved Rankin/Bass Christmas Specials, and next up is another stop-motion animated Christmas special, The Year Without a Santa Claus! Here are my thoughts.

I remember liking it alot when i was a kid back when it only played on network TV. Because it seemed so special but now that it's readily available i watch it every 2 or 3 years to keep some of that specialness alive.

I remember reading the book in the early 1960s. When the special first came out I recognized all the lines(in rhyme)that were taken from the book.
