Ariel and Esmeralda did so well on this training session. I could see they were a bit nervous about some of the new things you showed them, but your patience, kindness, and love have earned their trust. I laughed when you were first bringing Ariel out of the paddock, and Beauty was right there, following behind to come out. It must have been a surprise when you closed the gate in her face. I also laughed that the the first thing Ariel and Ezzy did when being brought out of the paddock was to immediately start grazing on the grass in the yard. It's not as if there is no hay in the paddock or grass in the pasture, but the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. hahaha Ariel and Ezzy loading into the trailer was really amazing. They both did so well. The two times previously that Ariel had been in a trailer were when she was only about 4-5 months old, and totally unhandled and terrified. Your love and patience with her shows in the results that we see now. Ezzy was very nervous, but you waited and allowed her to get used to the trailer, and she did amazingly well, especially the second time. She just stepped in, and hopped both back legs into the trailer on the second attempt. I had no idea that Ezzy has so much red in the tips of her tail. Ezzy and Ariel are already beautiful, and it will be fun to see what they look like when fully grown. Thanks, Shae and Kyle for another fun video.

I almost teared up when they walked into the trailer and backed out again so well, that's a testament to just how much these fillies trust you and Kyle. As for the floor exercises, these fillies are better trained and calmer than most 2-3 year olds I have seen worked on in my time as an equestrian, I am in absolute AWE of them. And ofc Lumi had to make it clear to Lightning that these were HIS fillies, even across two fence lines, lol, what a fierce lad! You both did SO great with them and the TRUST these babies have for you just MELTS my heart. Great job, all FOUR of you! (And Penelope ofc!)

Watching the other horses go in and out of the trailer quite often showed the fillies its just a "normal" thing at your farm. I'm glad Ezzie did well since she is a little more reactive. Ariel usually is more "sure, whatever". Your babies have turned out beautiful and have a great foundation for their future.
