I started fishing bass tournaments with my dad and grandpa at 5 years old and I’ve fished a total of 83 tournaments and have got first place in 48 of them and have got a top 10 in 71 of them all being higher level highschool and really high level local tournaments on Kentucky and Barkley lake and I’m only 16. Bass fishing is what i live for and love. Im blessed with a phoenix boat sponsor already. But i have so much respect for guys like you in the tin boats. I honestly wish i still had one to fish a few tournaments out of every now and then!!

Cool job !!! No water around here of that color only way up north where there are nothing but pine trees. So there is a tournament maybe two every week here at a certain lake plus a few musky tournaments a year. Everyone seems to take turns fishing a certain dock I fish at. I have to get there early before everyone does. They come in full speed with the engine roaring and waves all over the place. That is when I drop shot a worm on the bottom and show off a decent sized bass and throw it back. People who live here know about the decent humps in the lake out in the middle of nowhere instead of fishing where the shorefishermen are stuck. I can afford a nice bass boat but have more fun just plain fishing instead of all the prep work involved and waiting my turn
