One thing l love about the young ones is that they didn’t try to cash in an make more episodes after its become a cult following. The difference between American and English tv is that English shows pack more into each episode because there seasons are short. While American shows have to spread out the story over 20 something episodes.

These days I live in Docs, and every time I acquire a nice pair of them online (strictly Made In England, mate) I feel compelled to play this here upload. As it happens, my most recent pair are 5-eyelet 7751's, which may indeed be what Alexi's wearing. Docs which don't have the yellow stitching, in any case.

Small batches of Docs are still made at the UK factory. Available in the US but 300 bucks a pair ( yeah, i bought a pair of ruboff chelsea boots, personally i think theyre worth as it as theyll last a long time )

I've had this on my mp3 player for YEARS and it never gets old. I have the lyrics but there's one thing that I can't quite get - the bit where he says ".. they're classless matchless ageless and waterproof and retail for only 19 pounds and 99p.." OK every lyric I can find reckons "ageless" but unless it's his accent, I can't hear that? Anyone out there got an insight? All I can hear is "heef-a-jiss" hahaha I just can't get that one word D:
