Ben Kissinger Hahaha! That's one of the best comments ever!
@joegongora22003 жыл бұрын
The reason this is the best comment ever & why the 60's aren't done with us. It's because we're listening and discovering things that we or I myself probably missed in the 60's. Especially when certain songs that didn't make charts or weren't played on the radio. Not everyone had FM RADIO in those days. That's why it's the best comment ever.

I was a kid, had a Stingray bicycle and i taped a transistor radio to the handle bars to listen to the British invasion bands on the radio. In the summertime on most days after breakfast my friends and i would be out on our bikes all day. Once the street lights came on we had to head home.

I don’t give a toss about the 60s; lol, I just like good rock, and it just happens that the early/mid part of that decade produced most of the best rock ever done. “Nostalgia” isn’t in it, to me.
@lazlokovacs2263 Жыл бұрын
It has so many elements of 1950-60s rock (Chuck Berry, similarities to Johnny Kidd and The Pirates' Shakin' All Over, the solo responding to the vocal), but the moment when the bass is most evident in that partial break is so genius. That's one of the nicest things I've ever heard.
This is ahead of its time because this tune is verging on Punk Rock. 10 or 15 Yrs later Punkers took their music to another level. This song is cool Cos it Rocks !!!
