No it shouldn’t but seeing how the mother treats them bad behaviour is inevitable, you could make out her smacking one of them (just off camera conveniently) but you could tell by the way he was moving. She shouldn’t have children she uses them for likes and probably money. And letting your kids get that big is setting them up for health issues and so it’s child abuse. Social services should be involved.
