When I was 12yrs old I bought an '84 Yamaha Jog 50. It kept slowing down more and more til it barely moved, the exhaust port was clogged. So my uncle who designed Polaris/Victory's first motor rebuilt amd modded it. That little sucker RIPPED. All my friends with new Razz's and Sprees would hit 30-35, the ol Jog would hit close to 50.....and get there fast! Put a big-bore on my son's bug eye Zuma and other mods a cpl years ago, but if I still had that Jog it would have eaten the Zuma for breakfast.

I took my X TRY XE waxy through a rock crawling area, and it just has such high of a first year that it wants to go in and out of that clutch too much so that new models coming out. Modify a Kawasaki kx65 expansion chamber on that express and watch it nearly triple its hp, and give it an actual power band. Try not to take much length outta the header from its factory length. Use the header flange off the stock Honda pipe. You’re welcome ♥️♥️

How about a flat track rig for the YXZ. Lower stance, stiffer suspension, different tires. Maybe you guys can make a flat track oval (or semi oval) outside of your current track to race on have your buddies over and race. Maybe a tire like a sprint car uses on dirt (sized accordingly) everyone runs the same. Just an idea.

If you guys DONT choose to go oem frame style, you should build it into a super low profile ground scraping and super wide auto-x/ pikes peak style & grip handling BEAST! Something that looks like a giant go cart on steroids and rip the heck out of her on the streets and small grippy style tracks! I bet that sucker could run a very low lap time at and keep up with very high dollar machines with your fab skills with ease!!!
